Finding what works for you

I love Pyrex - it's also what my mother used. It now comes in an amazing assortment of beautiful and practical bakeware and cookware, complete with lids. I have a lot of it - and I use it. There's something about glass that I prefer to plastic for mixing and storing and Pyrex takes the abuse of temperature changes like nothing else.

Chicago Bakeware is durable and there's also a huge assortment of it. In my opinion, you can't get better for the price.
