I prefer my deep-dish Pyrex pie plates, but I also have a couple of metal ones. I'll tell you how much I like to make pie - I have 4 of the Pyrex plates and 4 more Chicago Metallic ones. Many, many times I've fed my family delicious and nutritious pumpkin pie for breakfast!
